All our non-plated silver, gold and Platinum jewellery comes with an exclusive 12-month warranty of quality and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

In particular, for Ethnic Jewellery compromising of softer gemstones, it is essential to follow the care guide provided at the time of purchase. Some materials and gemstones  are more fragile and not suitable for everyday wear. Failure to follow the care guide may result in damage to the gemstone, which is not covered under our warranty.

Given the particular characteristics of gold plated and rhodium plated silver or brass jewellery, we offer a three (3) month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically applies to rhodium, rose gold and gold plated silver jewellery items.

To ensure your warranty remains valid, you must adhere to the provided Product Care Instructions in our product care section on our website or link provided on the original invoice.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover misuse, loss of stones due to knocks or rough wear and tear, neglect, or general wear and tear.

Please note, the warranty becomes void if:

The item has been misshaped, altered or bent.

The item has come in contact with any chemicals.

Our care instructions have not been properly followed.

To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase must be retained and returned with the item.

We reserve the right to use our professional discretion to determine whether the item is faulty or damaged by misuse, wear and tear, and to decide if the product will be refunded, replaced, or repaired.

If the care instructions have not been adhered to, and as a result, the warranty has been voided, we will not refund any postage or item costs when returning a damaged item.

This Gold Plated Silver Jewellery Warranty policy stands in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict, or replace, your rights under the Namibian Consumer Protection Law. Your rights under this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under the law or any other agreement with us.
