  • Standard: 5–7 business days, tracked. Free on orders over N$2,000.
  • Express: 2–3 business days, tracked. Available at checkout, and included on orders over N$15,000.

International delivery (DHL)

  • Express: 10–15 business days, tracked. Available at checkout, and included on orders over N$20,000.
  • Import duties and taxes are charged by your country when the parcel arrives. They are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are paid by the recipient. Customs clearance can add time.
  • We do not ship international orders to PO boxes or military addresses.
  • Some pieces made with natural Namibian materials can be delivered within Namibia only. The product page says so where this applies.

Processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Alterations and custom work need about 10 days. Please contact us before ordering if you need a piece by a certain date. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Delivery times can be longer over the December holidays.

Insurance and packaging

Every parcel is packed with care and insured for the manufacturing cost of the goods.

Address errors

Please check your delivery address. We cannot be responsible for a parcel sent to an incorrect address, and re-sending it will be charged.

Missing parcels

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it has not reached you, tell us and we will open an investigation with the courier. This can take at least 10 business days, and we may ask for proof of identity. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will refund or replace it. We cannot be responsible once tracking confirms delivery to the correct address.

Damaged parcels

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. We will investigate and may claim from the courier. Depending on the outcome, we will repair, replace or refund the item.

Returns

See our Refund & Warranty Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Namibian law.
